Development of recommendations at the ESG conference X5 Group

On June 6, the first X5 Group ESG conference was held for suppliers, experts, government officials and partners. On behalf of the EcoPartners Group of Companies, the managing partner of the group Konstantin Rzayev was present. The conference participants discussed key trends and retail growth points in ecology, promotion of healthy lifestyle and social programs, as well as a list of environmental recommendations for suppliers.

Our experts have also been involved in developing sustainability guidelines for suppliers. The document includes a list of environmental and social certifications for various product categories, as well as detailed recommendations for sustainable packaging for 13 product categories.

X5 Group has posted its recommendations in the public domain on the company's website and will soon inform its partners and suppliers about updates to procurement policies in accordance with them.
